This is a sample survey configured using Survey 123 of HPMS Sample Inspections using a schema provided by the Idaho Department of Transportation.
To install and get started:
- Go to Survey123.arcgis.com and download the Survey123 Connect application for Windows, Mac or Ubuntu.
- Download the zip file or download the most updated version from ArcGIS Online to a machine with Survey123 Connect.
- Unpack the zip file to "C:\users\<your username>\ArcGIS\My Survey Designs
- Open Survey123 Connect and the HPMS Survey will be one of a survey in your list of surveys to choose from.
