Hi,

I am upgrating ArcGISruntimeQt from 100.1 to release 100.2 under Windows.  Now I can't find the 32 bit libs (x86) in the 100.2 release. Is 32 bit not supported any more?

Hi Jorg,

The statement we've made in the 100.2 release notes is that 100.2 is the last release with support for 32-bit Windows. Customers who require Windows 32-bit support can request it by sending an email to QtRuntime32@esri.com

Thanks!

Hi Eric,

thank you for support. As you proposed I tried to send an email to QtRuntime32@esri.com<mailto:QtRuntime32@esri.com>. Unfortunately my email was rejected by smtprelay.esri.com.

Kind regards

Jörg Turla

Uh oh. Ok. Try to copy and paste QtRuntime32@esri.com into your email client and see if that works. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I should clarify what we mean by "Customers who require Windows 32-bit support can request it by sending an email to QtRuntime32@esri.com. "

Customers can inform us of their need for 32-bit, but access to the 32-bit version is not guaranteed. It is granted on a case by case basis, as we do not plan on supporting 32-bit in future releases.

I apologize for any confusion.
