I am actually having problem with my tool am implementing because of the result i obtained using arcgis 10 strahler stream ordering tool. I would be very happy if anyone could give me a python algorithm for strahler stream order. when i used the one implemented in arcgis , it duplicate the higher order which is not what am anticipating. any assistant is much appreciated thank you
Used the Stream Order tool in SA many times. Works well. Is your DEM hydrologically correct, no sinks etc? What does your Flow Direction surface look like?
