Greetings,
I haven't been able to use Wing Personal IDE (or Wing 101 IDE) since an upgrade to Pro 3.6.2 (Python 3.13.7) a few months ago.
More specifically: I get the following error whenever I try to launch a Python shell in Wing 101 or Wing Personal, and when I try to use the shell:
I get the same error using either the original Python installation and cloned environment. The administrator of our Azure virtual computer was able to reproduce the issue, and therefore reinstalled Wing Personal and Wing 101which solved the problem for him, but not for other users. The original Python installation and clone seem to be working fine, as they work in Pro and PyScripter. The Wing IDEs work on my Personal (non-work) computer/license with Pro 3.6.
In summary, this problem appears to be limited to Pro 3.6 (Python 3.13.7) on an Azure virtual computer where Wing and earlier versions of Pro were working fine for years, but the problem does not affect the admin.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting this further?
Thanks!

We never figured out why we couldn't use Wing 10 on the Azure virtual computer, but upgrading to Wing 11 finally fixed the problem.
