This document is the documentation for the Points Maker toolbox written in python. I post it here since I am updating to use numpy and a variety of other tools are to be added. Last updated June 30, 2013, currently going under revision, so if you have any requests, make them now.

If you need code snippets or have any comments please feel free to leave them.

If you are rebuilding these tools can you make them capable of sending the output to an IN_MEMORY workspace. I find this an extremely useful ability of a geoprocessing tool as I often test output to make sure I'm doing things right or its what I was expecting. Sending output to a place like IN_MEMORY which is destroyed when ArcMap closes is great as then I do not have to worry about cleaning up after myself.
