Warning 24171 when overwriting a map image layer

When overwriting a map image layer that participates in multiple 1:M relationships and references registered data, I get the following warning:

24171: User assigned unique related IDs will not be honored

I have not manually set any relate IDs. When I view the layer in a new map viewer, its 2 related tables are not present.

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2 and ArcGIS Server 11.1. I see the Help post for this warning notes that unique relate IDs are not honored if "you are attempting to share as a web feature layer that copies all data
or you are attempting to share a layer or table to ArcGIS Server 11.2 or earlier".

The solutions offered are either unavailable to me or do not seem to work - I can't upgrade beyond 11.1 right now, but I am already sharing the layer and tables as a map image layer. The relate is needed in my web layer so I cannot remove it.

Has anyone else seen this? Any other suggestions?

Hey David, unfortunately the only solution I found was going back to ArcGIS Pro 3.3. I'm guessing the issue was an incompatibility between our Pro and Enterprise versions.
