Publishing process is too long

Sharing a web map and web layers wastes a lot of time during the night in the GMT+8 zone. So, I can't understand why it needs a lot of time. I've wasted 2-3 hours only for publishing a few features. It has happened several times, so please explain to me the reason and how to solve it.

What version of ArcGIS Enterprise?

What version of ArcGIS Pro?

Are the data sources local / file geodatabase / Enterprise Geodatabase?

Are you copying the data to the datastore or referenced?

What type of services are you publishing?

What type of data is included in the service?

How many layers in the map?

You mention a specific time frame for the issue, does publishing take a long time always?
