Publishing Error Staging Failure

Service Publishing Result   
Staging Failure:  Compressing the service definition failed

Using 10.1 beta 2 for both Desktop and Server.  Any ideas?

I am getting this message in ArcMap 10.4.1.5686.

This is what we found out and tried to no avail;

10.2.2 is not compatible with 10.4.1 desktop so, we uninstalled both and reinstalled10.4.1.

Any ideas on fixes.
