Feature Service Tile Cache Tripled in Size

Hi Everyone,

I am having an issue with my feature service cache tripling in size when I go to publish the service. It is now failing to publish to tile cache because the size exceeds our storage limit. I am using ArcGIS 10.6.1 and publishing using ArcMap. It has not done this before until recently. I am including a screenshot to assist  in resolving the problem. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Has the extent of the service changed? If the cache is covering a larger area, that will require more tiles which leads to more storage used.
