Looking for examples of address layers being enriched to support public safety, RMS systems. Are organizations enriching address layers directly or through some process that blends the data for the specific system? ETL for example, to pull geographic and tabular data together through a nightly process versus adding the same content directly to the master address layer and editing it daily.
GIS address layer + PD Districts + Tax information >>> Rolled into a nightly ETL
versus
Merging/Joining PD Districts and Tax information into the GIS layer and editing the information there
