Convert pixel position to coordinates in oriented image layer with arcpy

How can I access the oriented image layer and then convert pixel positions to coordinates in the oriented image layer with arcpy? I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2.

Hi Luis, 

At the moment we so not have support for Oriented Imagery dataset in arcpy.
