We are a volunteer nonprofit and just received an ESRI ArcGIS advanced license. Our marine map would largely be public but we would like to place another map in a member section (helps pay costs) with some additional tools like a ruler and a downloads (kml, gpx). I believe any view though is still public. We need to offer members a bit extra so I'm looking for any suggestions from an experienced GIS person on this.
