I am looking for a quick solution to assist our project management staff with mapping sites with a configurable pick lists to depict site feature ( buildings, monitoring wells, etc). The solution should be web based and the map should have the ability to be exported to .jpg/.pdf. I know Arc Explorer has these functions, is this the best solution? I would prefer a platform that is available on vertically any device.
Any suggestion???
