Greetings,
GIS Users have some ArcMap documents loaded heavily with Layers and Image files resulting in large time required to load all items in Map. This Add-In reduces load time by un checking layers at startup, which you can check after opeing ArcMap. This AddIn can be enabled and disabled easily after installation.
