Unable to visualise previous work

I’m accessing my Esri account on a new computer but cannot see my previous work.

My previous computer had crashed beyond repair and I’m the only person using this account as it is a small non profitable organisation.

I have a presentation over the weekend involving students from 3 different countries and would extremely appreciate some orientations on how to recover or visualise my work. Many thanks
