create symbology categories automatically

I am using arcgis 10.2.2

I'm doing a model that takes an excel file with coordinates

imput = Table imput excel

1) make XY event

2) copy feature

output = Shapefile

Now I want you to automatically add the shp with symbolism by category with a specific field

Might help and tell if exite a way to do this with

Arcpy as script and then add to the model, and how to do it or exite a tool to do this
