Hello everyone, my name is Perry Beaumont, and I work as Head of Data Science and Actuary at Distinguished Programs (an insurance firm) in New York City, and am a lecturer at Columbia University as well.  I really enjoy learning about new advances in data analytics, and implementing them at work and in the classroom.

Hello Perry,  welcome to the Education GeoNet Community!

Feel free to check the following link to resources for some ideas on spatial data science:

Some examples

Feel free to contact me if you need more info and questions, or would like to incorporate some of the methods in your classroom.   I can also connect you with the license coordinator at Columbia university to access Esri products and licenses.  The university has a site license with Esri.

Thanks

Hello Perry,It's nice to meet you.   in addition to the resources my colleague Canserina shared, I wanted to let you know that Columbia University does have an active Educational Licensing agreement in place that would allow you as a professor/lecturer to gain access.  If you would like to learn more about how to get started with access to our platform via Columbia's existing licensing agreement please feel free to shoot me an at rwaddell@esri.com.

Thank you,
