Hi,
I'm actually working on ArcGIS Schematics 9.3 and i read that it provides integration of SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) systems. I didn't find any documentation explaining how it works and it interests me a lot.
Thank you for any information.

This is a very old thread.  There isn't a direct integration.  However, if you have access to an api or ability to directly query SCADA, you can certainly configure the product to pull values (switch position etc...) from another system.

For information about creating schematic attributes in general you can get that info here:
http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Creating_attributes_on_a_schematic_feature...

You would want to pay attention to Query Attribute or Function Attribute
