Does anyone knows how to disperse overlaid points? I tried "ArcToolbox -Cartography Tools - Cartographic Refinement - Disperse Markers), however it did not work, the other methods was: I convert the points to annotation, it works fine but when I performed the spatial analysis (e.g. Kernel Density), only one point respond to analysis.
