Legend quality when exporting to PDF

Hello everyone!

I have a problem that I can't solve... I've produced a map with picture marker symbols, while in the layout view they look fine, on the map and the legend.
When I export it to PDF or any other extension (I've tried them all and all options), on the map the icon looks perfect, but the one on the legend.... does not!!

I've uploaded it on a zip file so you can see what's happenning.

Please help me out!

When you export to pdf, do you see the Format tab under Options (bottom of the Export Map dialog box)? If so, you could try checking the "Convert Marker Symbols to Polygons" option....
