I am working in Desktop 10.2. I have the dynamic legend turned on for several layers. When I move or change the size of my legend in layout view, ArcMap automatically changes the x position of the legend properties to a random large value. See attached images.
Initially it appeared that the legend was just disappearing, however I discovered the issue by changing the units of my display to points (rather than inches), and the legend stayed in view.
Does anyone have a resolution to this?
