Layout Rotation

Hi Folks:

I've run into a snag trying to rotate my layout view East-West instead of the default North-South.

Does anyone have a suggestion how I may accomplish this without creating a specific projection for everything...

All input is welcome.

Dataframe tools will rotate your view, it is a tool bar
