I am joining a CAD layer into a Parcel Fabric. I have all the lines in the parcel fabric- in a construction already, but it will not let me join it. I do have dangles and overshots because some of the lines are centerlines intersecting and not polygons. And I am not sure how to change "unclosed" to "true" in a construction like you can for a parcel. My questions are: Can I not join it because of the dangles, etc. and if so, is there a work around for this? Or is there a way to change the construction "unclosed" to 'false"?
