Data Driven Pages Export All pages by default

Is there a way to set Export All Pages to be the default when exporting Data Driven Pages as a pdf?  Current Page seems to be the default.  I like the way Adobe and Microsoft handle documents, where All is the default unless there are specific pages I want to select.

All I can find on the ESRI website referring to this is under Exporting Data Driven Pages - Current Page "This is the default option when no index features are selected."

On the Set Up Data Driven Pages window, the correct Index Feature is selected, so this does not help.
