Change Maplex Property and Feature Linked Annotation

Hi,

After I set Maplex properties and created feature linked annotation, is it possible to change the Maplex properties and have those changed reflected in the feature linked annotation.  Or do I have to go through the process of re-creating the feature linked annotation (I hoped the latter isn't the only way!!!).

No unfortunately not. Feature-linked annotation is linked to the attributes of the original feature class, so the anno will update if any attributes used to create the anno are updated.

The maplex properties you refer to, define how the text is positioned on the map so the only way to see any change is to re-run the labeling engine. Then you can create new annotation with the updated properties.
