I find that when creating annotation within a geodatabase for linear features, about 1/3 of the resulting annotation features wind up with the angle incorrectly set to 0. The annotation displays correctly, but the angle is 0. Since I am then creating a feature class of points that will be utilized elsewhere, the angle is key.
Any options for correcting this in the annotation layer? For example getting the bearing angle of the resulting annotation?
