Land Use Public Comment app

I am using ArcGIS for Server. I can get the service to load on other apps but not on the Land Use Public Comment app. I have attached the edits i made to the proxy.config and config.js

I would appreciate any assistance as I am really looking forward to using the way cool app!

Hi Elizabeth,

Are you receiving any errors when you run the application?  A great tool to use is FireBug.  This will report any errors in the console window.

I cannot download firebug but yes there are errors reported:

I am not sure how to interpret this or how to fix it.

Are you able to zip and upload the entire application?

This will be difficult to troubleshoot without the ability to take a look at the service.  I would recommend contacting Tech Support.  They have the option to remote into your server and investigate why the app is not working.
