Has anyone had an issue with Crowdsource Reporter not accumulating votes. The number of votes won't rise.

I published a hoasted feature service on ArcGIS Online and everything is working except the voting button.  The NUMVOTES field is numeric and the button is there, but after I vote and leave the web map, it does not save that vote.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Just in case anyone ends up here, I had to switch the layer setting for anonymous editors. Mine was set to only add new features but they need to be able to update attributes for the vote to save.
