generating training sample schema in Arcpro

Hi,

I am attempting to create a training sample schema for an image classification in ArcPro. I created my own training samples in the form of a file geodatabase feature class and am attempting to upload that feature class into the training sample manager. When I select the "generate from training samples" options in the drop-down menu I get an error message that reads "Failed to generate classification schema from training samples", however, there is no explanation as to what went wrong or how to correct the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this? Thank you.

Defining the classname and classvalue fields in the attribute table of my training polygon shapefile still did not work for me, it is giving me the same error

I figured it out! Training files can't be shapefiles, have to be .dba database files
