Parcel Fabric - Cannot operate on a particular parcel

Hi All,

There is one parcel that I have found in our county-wide parcel fabric that I cannot perform any edit operations on.  Right-clicking gives me only the 'Copy' option available.  I can't modifiy, edit, move delete this one particular parcel.  I have tried regenerating-fabric over the area (and just the single parcel) with the same results.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Michael,

Make sure that particular Parcel isn't locked in another version. You can check this through the Parcel Explorer.

ArcGIS Help 10.1 - Parcel fabric versions and edit locking

If the parcel is locked from editing, you will have to reconcile and post your child versions with default.

Thanks Sam...That got me thinking so I checked the related tables to find out what plan it was is...the plan ID as it turns out was bad (no related records).  I switched the plan ID manually to 1 (<map>) and all is well.
