where to dowload runtime sdk for java?

My company purchased a license for ArcGIS Server 10.1.
If I go to Esri Customer Care Portal to download the runtime SDK, there is no active link for download and it says: (coming soon).
BTW, this morning the ersi portal fails to load too.
Where else can I download the runtime?

The new Runtime SDK for Java (Windows) is now available on the Customer Care Portal for all current EDN Subscribers. The Runtime SDK for Java on Linux will be available mid July.  Make sure you have a current EDN subscription
