Hi, we have a mapping tool deployed in our sandbox environment at the moment which uses a tile service to provide a basemap for geographic context. We have created a sample tile service (with only a subset of tiles) to test with the tool. The sample works fine with the tool (with the exception of being able to zoom into street level of course, but assuming this is because it's a sample tile service). However, when we are trying to create a tile service with all the tiles, the process is failing. Just wanted to explore the possible issues for why this may be the case?
