Sounds to me as if there is something wrong with your install of ArcGIS Pro. The computer that has ArcGIS Pro installed does meet the minimal requirement I suppose? Please test this with Can You Run It? 

If it does, it would be good to reach out to Esri Support and see if they can help you with this problem since I am not able to reproduce it.
