What’s Your Location Strategy? | Description: Is GIS playing a strategic role in your organization? Is location information and analysis seen as vital to the success of key initiatives? Come talk to a member of the Esri team to review where you are today and how GIS can help your organization meet its goals by establishing and executing a location strategy What to expect: • Review current location strategy (if one exists) • Discuss business areas/needs to support or grow • Discuss organization’s current GIS profile • High-level review of as-is state & inventory (business, data, applications, infrastructure, people) Come prepared, please bring: • Individual business goals and objectives • List of key initiatives and projects (geospatial and non-geospatial) • Current business and solution architecture | |
Architecture Maturity Review | Description: Get expert advice and feedback on enterprise implementations best practices, and recommendations for meeting security and architecture needs. What to expect: • List out some high-level requirement • An Esri Architect will perform a high-level review of current GIS Platform deployment • Defines preparatory steps and activities to be performed to achieve high-level requirements Come prepared, please bring: • Current Architecture Diagram • A business problem or process you are trying to augment with a GIS solution | |
Web GIS Readiness Assessment | Description: Find out if your organization is ready for Web GIS by discussing and reviewing your organizations mission, current GIS resources, workflows, and applications. What to expect: • Discuss your organizational goals, user base, and what Web GIS workflows and applications you are using • Review your available content and resources • Identify relevant information products Come prepared, please bring: • Your mission statement and a description of your organization • A list of GIS workflows and current applications you are using • Some examples of maps/products you produce now • List of data and content available to you | |
Quick Data Health Check | Description: Get a quick assessment of the quality of features and attributes in your geodatabase from an Esri industry team member (for select industries only). What to expect: • An Esri industry expert will perform a diagnostic on your data and provide an explanation of the key data checks. • If errors are detected, Esri staff will review key data concerns with you. • The error features (captured in a separate geodatabase) and an Excel report will be provided to take back to your organization. Workforce Development Planning | Description: Our Training Consultants will help you devise a strategy-driven learning plan that will ensure the roles in your workforce have the skills to leverage the ArcGIS platform. What to expect: • Alignment to Organization objectives and workforce roles. • Analysis of skills requirements, timelines, priorities and budgets. • Action. Implementing. Executing. Modifying. Technical Support Customer Review | Description: Meet with a Technical Account Manager to receive an all-encompassing report that shows all Technical Support usage (cases logged, bugs, and enhancements). What to expect: • Provide summary report of last 6 months of Technical Support usage. • Review and discuss case activity, bugs, and enhancements. • Provide recommendations and considerations based on the review • Discuss ways to better leverage Technical Support. • Provide guidance on services offerings that may be useful based on review. Come prepared, please bring: • Esri Customer Number on hand in order to provide the summary report. | |
ArcGIS Monitor-Implementation Review & Discussion | Description: Meet one-on-one with an ArcGIS Monitor consultant who will review and provide recommendations about monitoring capabilities. What to expect: • Review the customer’s specific monitoring configuration • Analysis and interpretation of monitoring outputs • Provide high-level feedback and initial capability recommendations Come prepared, please bring: • List of ArcGIS Monitor questions regarding their implementation • Provide a report from ArcGIS Monitor for our consultant to review • Obtain an ArcGIS Monitor evaluation license from their Account Manager to try prior to UC (if licensing isn’t already in-place). |
