arcgisuploads folder disappeared

I am trying to publish a geocoder service and I am getting the following error:
It looks like I don´t have permission to write in the arcgisuploads folder. I checked that folder and it seems to have disappeared. I created it manually so that I could finally publish the service.
Is there any reason that folder can be deleted? In case it doesn´t exist, is there a way that it is created when publishing? Any knowledge about this issue is appreciated.
