What online application is best to use in electric field?

Hello,

I work for a local utility company and I am looking for an online dashboard (of sorts) to connect with my Survey 123. The survey reports outages, downed powerlines etc. I need the online application to be able to check off sites that are visited and power is reconnected. Does anyone have any suggestion on what to use?
