COLLECTION OF RAINFALL DATA,HUMIDITY,TEMPERATURE etc

Hi.....

please hep me to find out the data rainfall for 5 district of nagaland since i dont have any sampling points can i just give any samplings points in any one of the district inorder to get the rainfall data from 1986-2022.

please help me if anyone know the methohology using ArcGIS.

Check out the Living Atlas layers I think rainfall is in there.  You can then extract by mask using the polygons.
