Paste Failed in ArcGIS SDE Database

Hi,

I've connected one of my company's databases from Database Connections in ArcCatalog and I can read and update the existing tables (like append, delete data in feature classes).

However, I can't copy and paste any tables (either from other database to this database or within this database) and it always gives the error message like the below screenshot. Is there anyone who can tell me the reason and help me to fix it? Thank you so much!

The error message is :

Failed to paste mytablename

Underlying DBMS error [[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server]Invalid cursor state][mytablename]

DBMS table not found

Is there any hung or orphan processes in sqlserver. Or is there any process is blocked processes. 

If it is possible, then restart sqlserver service and try copy again.

Otherwise log a case with Esri Support.
