Enterprise Geodatabase created in Desktop vs Pro ?

Are there any differences in functionality or compatibility with Enterprise geodatabases that have been created in ArcGIS Desktop vs Pro?  In ArcCatalog, I looked at the properties of a geodatabase that I upgraded using Pro and it reported it as being a 10.6.0.2.1 gdb.  So I see it appended the Pro release version to it.  This is what prompted me to ask this question after some research turned up empty.

Hi Ryan,

There are no functional differences between enterprise geodatabases created in ArcGIS Pro vs ArcGIS Desktop.
