Conflicts counts shows different in case resolution in favor of the edit version and the target version

Hi,

I am trying to reconcile versions. If i choose resolve conflicts in favor of the target version i get more conflict then resolve conflicts in favor of the edit version.

Is there any body has idea about this problem.

My platform details as below;

Oracle 11.2

ArcSDE 9.3.1

ArcMap 10.0 SP1
