Any issues with aliases in Geodatabases when geoprocessing

When using ArcMap 10, I believe there are some issues with aliases going over 31 characters in length in a File Geodatabase when doing some geoprocessing tasks. For example make query table.

Are there any issues when using the latest ArcGIS Pro 2.2.3, especially if the aliases contains spaces or is longer than 31 characters. What about ArcMap 10.6.1?
