Utility Territory Shapefiles?

Hi does anyone have resource (free or paid) to get utility territory shapefiles? I'm looking for both gas and electric provider territories in the midwest.

Brittany, I was going to suggest the same Laurence, I would also suggest to contact the states Public Service Commission and they can provide you a map of territory areas for gas and electric, this also might be on their website showing the tariffs of each company. You then can take the townships and create your own data of territories.
