Recently, @CatherineDuBreck published this blog post that contains a plethora of resources and job boards for searching for GIS positions and internships.
I recommend to also start networking in person and online. You can join Esri Young Professionals Network (YPN), join a local YPN chapter to attend in person networking meetups, become a YPN Ambassador, attend conferences, or local GIS community groups.
