Hello, Esri YPN community!

I am very excited to join the Esri Young Professionals Network and become a YPN Community Ambassador! I have been using GIS for the past four years as an undergraduate and am taking a new GIS perspective as a Technical Support intern here at Esri.

I am super into ecology, environmental management, and conservationism. I love to use GIS to help frame my work and connect with people in different fields through the immense number of resources that Esri provides. I would love to connect with likeminded people here on YPN and hear about the work that others are doing in similar areas! Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/wynne-magura-comey

I am looking forward to staying up to date on people's new ideas and developments with GIS here on YPN!

Hi @WynneMagura-Comey ! It's really nice to meet you. My name is Rosemary Boone and I am a Sr. Industry Marketing Manager at Esri here in Redlands and also on the YPN Advisory Board. I see you just started your internship at Esri. Congrats! I sent you a LinkedIn connect request. Perhaps I will see you around campus! 🙂

PS: Be sure to join the YPN Redlands Chapter here! We have a few meetups a year here on campus and when you join the chapter, you get notified when the next one will occur.

Welcome, Wynne. It is awesome to see your passion for ecology and environmental management paired with GIS. Your experience as a Technical Support intern at Esri must be giving you a great behind-the-scenes look at how tools and users come together. I also have a strong interest in environmental GIS and enjoy seeing how people apply it in conservation and resource planning. Looking forward to learning more about your work and ideas. I just sent you a connection request. Here is mine as well if you ever want to chat: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ronaldgburns/

Up & Onwards,
