Hello, everyone. I am William Lyons, a GIS Developer/Analyst at the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet specializing in custom GIS tools and application design and development. I am a newer member of YPN and currently serve as Membership Committee Chair for the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals, where I contribute to the growth of our field and engage in meaningful networking with fellow experts.
