Join the Esri Young Professionals Network (YPN) DC chapter for our fall meetup on Wednesday, October 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at our Tysons Corner office, located at 8615 Westwood Center Drive, Vienna, VA 22182. We'll host a series of lightning-style tech demos around the topic of strengthening resilience for a changing environment.

Come hear from young professionals who are utilizing creative geographic information system (GIS) solutions to combat threats to our built environment imposed by climate change. These tech demos will showcase a variety of GIS applications and allow an open environment for plenty of discussion. We encourage you to speak up, ask questions, and get inspired by the amazing and impactful work of your peers right here in the DC GIS community.  

We'll start the evening at 5:00 p.m. with a chance to network, mingle, and explore a series of interactive mapping kiosks set up around our office. Our main program of tech demos and discussion will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Then, we'll break for another round of networking and kiosk visits until we wrap up around 7:00 p.m.

The Esri office has ample free parking and is also within walking distance of the Metro's Silver Line. We look forward to seeing you there!
