Error in MOOC

I watched a full video in this section as well as correctly answered on quiz but afterward this error was shown. This is defenitely bug because i've finished several MOOC before.
What can i do with it? I might not to get a certificate otherwise

Hi Ivan, we've looked into your issue and everything seems fine with our system and the MOOC progress tracking. We can see that you've completed section 2. If you're still encountering an issue, let me know and we'll continue to investigate.

Yes. Oncem after relogining it recorded my progress. But this is still actual with 3 section. it is not deal with section. System also don't check notification afterward I read it

i just tryed to do lesson by smartphone (it use different browser) and I encountered this error again

Hi Ivan, we strongly encourage MOOC attendees to use a laptop, tablet, or PC and the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or the Safari browser. Other browsers and devices may not work well.
