@JRosalesGIS, do you know if the exam for the ArcGIS API for Python Associate 2024 technical certification will test on version 2.3.x or 2.4.x of the API? The course content in the associated learning plan is based on version 2.3.x and I ran into some issues while working through the associated learning plan (which was last updated nearly 2 years ago). Things like the arcgis.mapping module have been refactored in 2.4.x, so it'd be good to know which version I should target to prepare. Thanks in advance for you input on this!

Hi @TimStiles - the 2024 exam will cover ArcGIS API for Python version: 2.1.0.3 (March 6, 2023 release) as noted on the exam's EIG. Though we offer curated Learning Plans for each of our exams, the training noted within may update to reflect software versions before the next exam version is released, as these courses are not built for the exams specifically. We do plan to update this exam again in 2026, which will reflect a newer software version.
