Esri Certification Account Management
If you recently became Esri certified, it’s time to ensure your vendor partner account profiles are updated to so you can tell the world about your achievement! To do this, please make sure all accounts utilize the same email address that is associated with your Primary ArcGIS Account.
Pearson VUE Account
Begin with Pearson VUE, the first Vendor Partner account you created when beginning your certification journey. Whether you are new to the Pearson VUE site or want to review and update your profile, be sure to follow the steps outlined below to properly set up your account.
- Access your Pearson VUE account
- From the Dashboard, review your account settings for:
- Name (located in My Profile): Ensure your name matches your legal name as it appears on your Government ID.
- Email Address (located in My Profile): Be sure this email address is the same address you used for your Primary ArcGIS account – review and update your account information here. This email will also be used to access your badge and certification documents in Credly once you are certified.
- If you are a professional, we suggest you use your work email so it lines up with the company information you provide in your profile. Should you choose to this, your company will not have access to this information, nor will they know you listed them. You will never lose access to your profile if you leave that company. Simply go in and update your email address whenever you need to.
- Again, please make sure this is the same email you use for your Esri ArcGIS Primary Account and Credly.
- Relationship (located in Additional Information): Be sure you select the appropriate relationship with Esri. This information is confidential and will not be shared externally.
- Business Partner employees should select “Esri Business Partner”
- If you do not work for Esri or one of its Distributors, please select “Other”
- Customer Number is not required, but it is helpful if you can provide it
Credly Account
Once you’ve taken and passed your technical certification exam and are officially Esri-certified you will be able to show off your certification achievements with Esri digital badges and e-certificates. Follow the steps below to access and accept your certification and badge.
- Sign In to Credly for Esri
- Review your Account Settings to ensure your email matches your other Vendor Partner Accounts.
- Review your Organizations to ensure your Auto-Accept list allows Esri to issue your digital badges.
- Take time to also review your Profile, Notifications, Career Preferences, Learning Goals, Privacy + Security to ensure you get the most from this account.
