Redemption code for Free ArcGIS from 3rd edition of Getting to Know ArcGIS no longer valid

I bought the book ten years ago, but never used the code. Now I am really interested in getting to know ArcGIS, but the code seems to have expired without ever being redeemed. What can I do?
